Unalike Marketing

Google Ads management for dental practices.

Unalike manages Google Ads for dental practices around the services you offer, the area patients can travel from and the appointments your team can accommodate. We connect campaign decisions with the landing page, phone and booking process so enquiries can be assessed beyond a click or form count.

Work with Unalike

What we scope and deliver

Start with the practice's actual services and available capacity. An existing account with uncertain tracking needs a different plan from a new account with no suitable landing pages. The proposal identifies what to assess, what to build and who handles each part of the booking journey.

Account and demand assessment

Review the current account or assess a new campaign against local search evidence and the practice's priorities before agreeing spend.

  • Services, catchment, existing search terms, location settings and budget allocation
  • Conversion actions, duplicate counting and the distinction between an enquiry and a booking
  • Existing ads, landing pages and account access, with a prioritized management or setup scope

Search campaign management

Group searches around the services being promoted and the actions a prospective patient can take. Match the campaign with a relevant page and an achievable enquiry process.

  • Campaign structure, keywords, search-term review and negative keywords for irrelevant intent
  • Geography, schedules, bids and budget decisions appropriate to the agreed plan
  • Ad copy and landing-page requirements for practice approval, with ongoing changes documented

Calls, bookings and follow-up

Make the journey from an ad to an appointment visible enough to guide decisions. Identify measurement and front-desk dependencies before treating platform conversions as patient acquisitions.

  • Call, form and booking tracking requirements, including the systems already in use
  • A workflow for the practice to distinguish qualified enquiries, bookings and attended appointments
  • Paid-search reporting with the available booking outcomes and the next management decisions

How the work moves forward

  1. Set the service and booking brief

Agree which services to promote, the catchment, capacity, proposed budget and what counts as a useful enquiry. Review who answers calls and follows up forms before choosing the campaign structure.

  2. Confirm access, pages and measurement

Assess the account, conversion actions and landing pages. Scope any missing website or tracking work, then prepare the campaigns and copy for your practice's approval.

  3. Manage against enquiry quality

Review search terms, spending and the outcomes your team can confirm. Change targeting, copy or the booking process when the evidence calls for it. More platform conversions alone do not establish more new patients.

Published dental implementation

Boulevard Dental Centre · Saskatoon

The public Boulevard case documents website content, an appointment-booking widget, newsletters, Google Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns, plus tracked calls sent through a CRM.

This documents Unalike's dental campaign and booking-measurement scope. Use it to discuss the work your practice needs; it does not establish a current cost per acquired patient or predict your appointment volume.

Accounts, access and responsibilities

Your practice controls the account
Use a Google Ads account controlled by the practice and agree Unalike's management access. Identify who controls the website, analytics, booking tool and phone tracking. Existing agency handover and changes to billing or permissions are part of the access discussion.
Unalike manages the agreed campaigns
The scope names campaign setup or management, landing-page work, reporting and any tracking implementation. Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max are separate format decisions; a practice does not need every format because a case study used them.
Your team approves and handles enquiries
The practice approves clinical service descriptions, advertising claims and offers before launch. Your team owns appointment availability and follow-up. Agree which booking statuses can be shared for reporting and what privacy or system requirements need review before implementing tracking.

What the reporting should tell you

Enquiries and qualified enquiries

Report calls and forms from paid search, with duplicate and irrelevant contact identified where the data permits. Agree qualification around the promoted service, catchment and capacity; a platform conversion may represent only an enquiry.

Bookings and attendance

Record confirmed appointments separately from enquiries, then distinguish attended first appointments and new patients using the practice's records. If a system cannot supply those stages, report that limitation rather than renaming leads as patients.

Costs and management decisions

Label media cost per enquiry and media cost per confirmed booking separately. When assessing total acquisition cost, include the relevant management, production and software costs. Compare services and locations only where tracking and sample sizes support the comparison.

How pricing is scoped

The proposal separates campaign setup, ongoing management and media spend. Scope depends on the services and locations promoted, the existing account and the management work required. Your media budget is an explicit decision, separate from the agency fee.

Landing-page production, call-tracking software and booking or CRM integrations are identified separately where needed. Confirm which tools and accounts already exist before paying to replace them.

The consultation is free. We discuss priorities and fit before proposing work. Use the published Google Ads pricing guide to compare the management-fee model, then agree the budget and goals for your practice.

Is this the right next step?

This service fits a practice with defined services to promote, capacity for new patients, a proposed advertising budget and someone who can approve copy and review enquiry outcomes. If missed calls, weak booking pages or missing tracking are the immediate constraint, include that work in the discussion before increasing spend.

What we discuss on the first call

  • Your practice website, location and the services you want to promote
  • Available appointment capacity and how the team handles calls and form enquiries
  • Current Google Ads activity, management responsibilities and proposed media budget
  • The booking and tracking systems you use and which outcomes they can report
