Rising the ranks on Google or any search engine takes time, but even more importantly, takes sound strategy. To grow organic traffic with the Carooga brand involved a 3-point plan; 1) Reviewing the existing website structure and content, 2) Reviewing competitors, both in and out of market for standards and best practices, 3) Build both an on-site and off-site content strategy. For on-site it focused on rich, relevant content, updated often. This was included both as monthly blogs, as well as the base on inventory pages. Off-site content focused on a back link strategy, mainly paid through high domain authority news sites that ran our articles. The results were glowing, 47% increase in clicks and 758% increase in impressions in a 6-month comparison.
